MAGNETIC SPIRAL ROLL SEPARATOR

Innovative Magnetics introduces a patented Direct Contact Continuous Cleaning Magnetic Separator designed to provide maximum magnetic strength for product purity and to eliminate high maintenance self-cleaning separators. The patented Spiral Roll Magnetic Separator technology uses fewer parts and replaces less efficient magnetic grates, drums, and other commodity type magnets. The separator operates by product flowing by gravity directly onto a rotating magnetic roll. Without stopping the process the rolls patented magnetic screw effect magnetically conveys away captured ferrous for immediate discharge. The magnetic field design also insures that all product particles will directly pass equal magnetic strength areas, not possible on high maintenance grate designs. The patented design is also unique because it can magnetically process difficult flowing dry or wet product in limited vertical space common to most processing plants. Reasonably priced, the separator is destined to replace other designs.
